Overview

CFGI is seeking a Director for their Risk Advisory SOX team in Paris. You'll lead multiple SOX compliance projects and manage teams while ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in risk advisory and compliance, particularly with SOX regulations, and have successfully led teams in delivering complex projects. Your leadership skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and team members alike. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that arise in project management, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met without compromising on service quality. Your educational background in accounting or a related field, combined with your practical experience, positions you as a knowledgeable leader in the field. You are recognized for your ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the execution of several SOX compliance projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will plan and coordinate the work of diverse teams, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that team members are supported in their roles. Your responsibilities will include tracking project budgets, managing timelines, and communicating progress to both clients and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, providing expert guidance to clients on best practices in internal controls. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in developing the Risk Advisory SOX team, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the practice.
