Verkada is seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to expand their footprint in Fortune 500 companies in LATAM. You'll leverage your expertise in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, and Networking to assist customers in designing deployments with Verkada products. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
You have expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance, and Access Control — you understand the intricacies of these technologies and how they integrate into a cohesive security solution. You are highly motivated and able to learn quickly, thriving in a remote work environment while making impactful results for the company. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and partners sets you apart.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with Verkada's suite of products. You are comfortable interfacing with customers throughout the sales process, overcoming technical objections, and providing technical assistance to account representatives. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement will help you succeed in this role.
As a Global Solutions Engineer, you will be the subject matter authority on the full Verkada suite of products and offerings. You will articulate the value-added benefits to customers, helping them understand how Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform can enhance their security measures. You will partner directly with territory account executives to expand Verkada's footprint in the LATAM region, focusing on Fortune 500 companies.
Your responsibilities will include directly interfacing with customers and partners throughout the sales process, assisting them in designing deployments with Verkada products, and overcoming any technical objections they may have. You will provide technical assistance to territory account representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell Verkada solutions.
You will also be involved in training and educating customers on the use of Verkada products, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the technology to its fullest potential. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud security and IoT systems, allowing you to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
