Jamf is seeking a Software Engineer II, Test to join their PandoCats team, focusing on quality and reliability in customer-facing platforms. You'll work with Java and drive test automation strategies. This role requires experience in software testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a solid background in software engineering with a focus on testing — your experience includes designing and executing tests that ensure high-quality software releases. You understand the importance of collaboration and have worked closely with developers, QA, and platform engineers to align on best practices. Your knowledge of test automation strategies is strong, and you are eager to shape how testing is integrated into the development process. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and appreciate the balance between remote work and in-office collaboration. You are based in the Czech Republic or have the necessary sponsorship to work there.
Experience with customer-facing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using various testing tools and frameworks, and you have a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement in testing processes.
In this role, you will be a key player in the PandoCats team, contributing to the development of one of Jamf’s most visible platforms. You will shape the testing strategy, ensuring that every release is stable and scalable. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle, driving the adoption of test automation, and ensuring that quality is a priority throughout the development process. You will also participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase. As you work with a distributed team, you will leverage diverse perspectives to deliver reliable solutions that meet customer needs.
