Experience in a call center environment is a plus, as is familiarity with mortgage lending processes. In this role, you will lead one of Better's outbound Mortgage Sales Contact Center teams, guiding Home Lending Associates in their daily activities. Your leadership will help drive the team's performance against key metrics, ensuring that they meet and exceed their goals. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative team environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to succeed.
