As the leader of the Amazon Vendor Services Program in Brazil, you will lead a multi-functional team of Product Managers, Program Managers and Business Intelligence Engineers. The role focuses on building sustainable and growth-oriented long-term partnerships between Amazon and vendors who participate in the Best-at-Amazon (BAA) service.
You will be responsible for accelerating vendors' sustainable growth within Amazon, driving higher satisfaction for both internal teams and external vendors, fostering engagement and investment, and building strategic partnerships that power Amazon's flywheel.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the overall AVS program strategy and vision for Brazil
- Drive business impact initiatives and oversee the central team workstreams including People, Business Impact, Offshoring & Scaling, and Vendor Experience
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Tax, and Retail Business Services teams
- Oversee program pricing strategy and new package development as well as new services
- Lead hiring and development of AVS specialists across Brand, Supply Chain, and Team Lead roles - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Proven experience in team management experience
- Substantial experience in one or more of the following areas: product or program management, product marketing, business development- Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
- Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals
