Neo4j is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of their leading graph database solutions. You'll engage with Fortune 100 companies and leverage your sales expertise to uncover new business opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused environment. You understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to large organizations and have successfully navigated the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders is second to none, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with technical teams to deliver value to customers.
You are data-driven and comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track performance metrics. You have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in data management and analytics, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Neo4j's solutions to potential clients. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on customer needs and market trends.
Experience in the graph database space or familiarity with data analytics solutions is a plus. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn about new advancements in the field. A background in working with Fortune 100 companies or similar large enterprises will set you apart.
