Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Copilot Partner Go-to-Market Lead to drive market development efforts for AI solutions. You'll focus on building partner capacity and executing go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

You have a proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on AI and digital transformation. Your experience includes building and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals. You understand the importance of a vibrant partner ecosystem and have experience in enabling partners to deliver technology solutions that meet customer demands. You are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.

Desirable

Experience in AI or digital labor solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft 365 products. You have a background in business development or marketing roles, ideally within a technology company. A strong network within the tech industry can help you succeed in this role, as well as a passion for driving innovation and transformation through AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Microsoft's AI Workforce business. You will work closely with partners to build their capacity to deliver AI solutions, ensuring they are equipped to guide customers through their AI transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include defining market priorities, developing partner enablement programs, and driving initiatives that align with Microsoft's AI vision. You will collaborate with various teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive adoption of AI solutions. You will also analyze market performance and partner feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling execution and addressing the diverse requirements of customers across different sectors.
