As a Senior Auto Technician in the Post Production department at Carvana, you will perform extensive repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. You will conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Your role will involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems, which requires a keen understanding of modern automotive technology. You will also be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, contributing to the overall functionality of the vehicles.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to carry out your tasks. Your commitment to delivering great vehicles on time will sometimes require mandatory overtime, especially during peak periods. You will collaborate with a team of automotive professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall performance of the department. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, as you ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's quality standards before it reaches the customer.
At Carvana, you will receive a competitive wage, with a pay range of $33/hr to $41/hr, along with a $6,000 bonus.
