You are a highly organized operations expert with a proven track record in email marketing. With 5+ years of experience, you excel at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, capable of establishing structure and optimizing processes. Your attention to detail ensures that every campaign is executed flawlessly, driving engagement across key touchpoints.
You have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices and are adept at managing complex workflows. Your experience with tools like Marketo allows you to refine workflows and build scalable systems that enhance operational excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and creative teams to create reusable email templates for various campaign types.
You are passionate about data-driven decision-making and continuously seek to improve processes. Your ability to independently manage projects and deliver results makes you a valuable asset to any team. In this role, you will own the complete email operations workflow—from intake through QA, scheduling, deploying, and reporting. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of all email campaigns. Managing the marketing email calendar will be a key responsibility, overseeing nurture and campaign sends that drive engagement across various touchpoints.
You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create reusable email templates that cater to different campaign types. Your role will involve monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement metrics. You will also create documentation and training materials to ensure long-term adoption of best practices across teams.
As you build and scale the Email Center of Excellence, you will establish governance and process standards that enhance operational efficiency. Your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the email marketing function.
