NICE is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support large complex enterprise software clients. You'll work with SQL, Linux, and cloud technologies to ensure system reliability and performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing distributed software applications.

Who you are

You have a solid background in site reliability engineering, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise software applications. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to tackle complex issues effectively. You are comfortable working with SQL and have a good understanding of Linux systems, which are crucial for monitoring and optimizing system performance. You have experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, enabling you to manage platform infrastructure efficiently. Your collaborative nature allows you to work well with cross-functional teams, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table. You are driven by a desire to improve reliability and quality in software solutions, always looking for ways to push capabilities forward and meet customer needs. You understand the importance of measuring and analyzing metrics to assist in performance tuning and system health monitoring.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run the production environment, ensuring high availability and a holistic view of system health. You will build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications, focusing on improving reliability and time-to-market for our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include measuring and optimizing system performance, gathering and analyzing metrics from both operating systems and applications, and providing primary operational support for multiple large distributed software applications. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions that enhance user experiences at every interaction. As you expand customer deployments, you will deliver insights from massive scale data in real-time, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
