You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating happiness for customers, especially in the automotive retail space. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey.
