Jumio is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead their regional marketing strategy across Latin America. You'll collaborate with sales and global marketing teams to build brand awareness and generate pipeline. This role requires experience in marketing operations and demand generation.
You have a strong background in field marketing, particularly within the LATAM region, and have successfully executed marketing strategies that align with sales objectives. Your experience includes building brand awareness and generating leads through localized marketing programs tailored to diverse markets. You are skilled in account-based marketing (ABM) and have a proven track record of designing and executing campaigns that engage target audiences effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and partners to drive marketing initiatives that support revenue growth. You understand the importance of adapting global marketing strategies to fit regional contexts, ensuring that messaging resonates with local audiences. You are data-driven, using analytics to measure the success of marketing efforts and optimize future campaigns. In this role, you will own and execute Jumio's regional marketing strategy across Latin America, working closely with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. You will build and scale field marketing programs, including campaigns, events, and partner initiatives, to drive engagement and support sales enablement. You will launch and localize go-to-market strategies across priority LATAM countries, adapting global programs for regional relevance. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing ABM-led engagement campaigns in partnership with account executives and business development representatives. You will also plan and deliver partner marketing initiatives, collaborating with partners to create co-marketing opportunities that enhance brand visibility and drive demand. Your role will be critical in expanding Jumio's presence in the region, and you will directly contribute to revenue growth by enabling regional sales teams and strengthening partner ecosystems.
