Stripe is seeking a Manager for Product Sales in Managed Payments to lead a global team and drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance Stripe's Payments offerings.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the financial technology sector, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Your experience includes building and scaling businesses, and you possess a deep understanding of technical concepts that allow you to effectively communicate with product and engineering teams. You thrive in a multicultural startup environment and are comfortable representing your organization publicly, whether communicating with the press, regulators, or internal stakeholders. Your high energy and disciplined execution skills enable you to deliver results consistently, and you are a true team player who values collaboration and shared success.

Desirable

Experience in payments or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market strategies. You are adept at thinking globally while acting regionally, which allows you to navigate diverse markets effectively. Your ability to engage with prospects and customers will be crucial in transforming their businesses through Stripe's platform.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Product Sales for Managed Payments, you will lead a global team focused on delivering ambitious targets across key product areas, including the Optimized Checkout Suite and Managed Payments. You will drive strategy and operations for Stripe's go-to-market efforts, ensuring that your team is equipped to engage prospects and customers effectively. Your role will involve close collaboration with product, go-to-market, and product marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the internal culture of your team, fostering an environment that encourages high performance and innovation.

You will actively engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Stripe's solutions can help them achieve their business goals. Your leadership will be critical in shaping the sales approach and ensuring that your team is well-prepared to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving market. You will also monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure that revenue growth targets are met.
