Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant for the AWS Automated Reasoning Group to support senior leaders with calendar management, travel logistics, and team activities. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
You are a dedicated and resourceful professional with experience in providing executive support. You possess a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, and you demonstrate professionalism in dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can quickly adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to juggle multiple critical tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively. You are customer-obsessed and understand the importance of collaboration with various business partners and other Executive Assistants across global teams. You are proactive and take initiative, often acting without needing to know the complete picture.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical activities that support the Automated Reasoning Group within AWS. You will manage complex calendars, ensuring that key deliverables are tracked and prioritized effectively. Coordinating travel logistics and expenses will be a significant part of your responsibilities, requiring you to be detail-oriented and efficient. You will also organize team activities and events, such as all-team meetings and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a collaborative team environment.
