What you'll do

In this role, you will develop tracking methodologies to support product development across multiple areas, including managing dev kits and equipment. You will maintain a list of internal partner relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams across Xbox and Microsoft. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining permissions for mailing lists and internal communication channels. You will document meetings and assist in executing action items to support portfolio management. Additionally, you will provide calendar management and scheduling support for designated leaders and teams. You will also plan and coordinate team events to boost morale and drive space, supply, and hardware management. Special projects will be part of your role, contributing to production and business management efforts across all projects.
