Your experience includes developing clear delivery plans and managing risks, escalations, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes. As a Delivery Lead at AKQA, you will own and lead programmes of work, balancing resources, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues. You will govern the entire delivery and execution process, ensuring that controls are followed and deliverables and milestones are met. Your role will involve developing and writing documents and contracts, as well as contributing to the design of delivery teams to best meet programme objectives. You will communicate programme status to various stakeholders and act as a point of escalation for both internal and client stakeholders. You will hold a vision of what success looks like for the programme of work and ensure that the aims and quality standards are met. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that both client and agency teams work together effectively.
