Sr. Analyst, AppleCare Product Finance and Pricing

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, accounting, or another quantitative field, and you bring 3-5 years of experience in a finance, pricing, or analytics environment. Your analytical capabilities are exceptional, allowing you to retrieve and analyze large datasets with meticulous attention to detail. You are capable of looking at numbers, trends, and data to draw new conclusions based on your findings. You can clearly present complex analyses to a non-technical audience, including experience speaking publicly to leadership groups. Experience with tools like Tableau and SQL is essential, and familiarity with Dataiku is preferred.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive complex pricing analysis to support current and future AppleCare products. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, and have direct exposure to strategic business decision-making. Your work will involve analyzing pricing strategies and their impact on product performance, ensuring that AppleCare products remain competitive and valuable to customers. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape the direction of AppleCare's product offerings.
