You possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services, and have a track record of leveraging these tools to solve complex problems. Your ability to navigate diverse workflows and country-specific regulations is a key asset in ensuring successful onboarding experiences. You are a self-driven leader who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable

Experience in employee onboarding or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices. You are open to learning new technologies and approaches that can enhance the onboarding process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that improve the onboarding experience for Amazon's new employees and contingent workers. You will work closely with over 20 partner teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation across various regions. Your role will involve advocating for the future vision of Amazon hiring and delivering complex solutions that scale effectively.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, setting best practices for software development processes. Your leadership will drive engineering excellence initiatives, ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring the success of onboarding processes and making data-driven decisions to enhance user experiences.
