PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts. You'll focus on selling SaaS products to enterprise-level organizations, requiring a proven track record in sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new business and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your experience includes working with enterprise-level organizations, ideally those with revenues exceeding $500 million. You are adept at balancing the pursuit of new opportunities while maximizing value within current accounts. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders and navigate multi-product solutions is essential for success in this role. You thrive in a customer-centric environment and understand the importance of building long-term relationships. You are motivated by the challenge of driving growth and are comfortable managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at PagerDuty, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and maximizing value within existing accounts. You will manage approximately 12-20 key accounts, focusing on both securing new business and deepening relationships with current customers. Your role will involve collaborating with a Regional Sales Director to align your target accounts with our ideal customer profile. You will engage with various stakeholders across new and existing accounts, ensuring a balanced focus on acquisition and retention. You will leverage your sales expertise to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your efforts will be pivotal in delivering always-on digital experiences to modern businesses.
