You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in a strategic capacity, and have successfully partnered with leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness. Your background includes navigating complex environments and collaborating across multiple functions, ensuring alignment and clarity in decision-making processes. You understand the nuances of remote and hybrid work arrangements and can adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in technology or corporate functions is a plus, as is familiarity with talent acquisition, learning, and total rewards strategies. You are comfortable working across different time zones and cultures, bringing a global perspective to your role. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will help guide strategic decisions and improve organizational performance.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Technology and Corporate Leadership teams, collaborating closely with business leaders to shape the culture and effectiveness of GoDaddy. You will lead initiatives that drive organizational growth and change, ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive to market demands. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee engagement.
You will also work with cross-functional partners in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to ensure a cohesive approach to people operations. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to leaders on HR-related matters, helping them navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities. You will play a critical role in promoting transparency and clarity in decision-making, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged.
GoDaddy offers a competitive compensation package, with a targeted base pay range for this role in Canada between $177,000.00 and $266,000.00 CAD.
