Overview

Zscaler is seeking a Technical Success Manager to enhance customer experiences and ensure successful implementation of their cybersecurity solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or cloud solutions. You thrive on solving complex challenges and are driven by a purpose to make a positive difference on a global scale. Your ability to build trust and foster relationships with customers is paramount, as you will be their advocate within Zscaler. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation of Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform, ensuring they achieve their goals and leverage the technology to its fullest potential. You will provide expert, hands-on support starting from the initial phase and continuing throughout the customer journey. Your role will involve analyzing customer needs, identifying innovative solutions, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance the customer experience. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer health and engagement, proactively addressing any issues that arise, and driving adoption of Zscaler's solutions. Your contributions will help shape the future of cybersecurity and create a customer-centric culture that fosters success and continuous growth.
