Deel is seeking an Equity Operations Lead to manage equity operations across EMEA. You'll be part of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming global talent connections. This role requires strong operational skills and experience in equity management.
You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in equity operations, and understand the complexities of managing equity for a diverse workforce across multiple jurisdictions. Your experience in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the skills to navigate regulatory challenges and ensure compliance with local laws.
