Overview

Deel is seeking an Equity Operations Lead to manage equity operations across EMEA. You'll be part of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming global talent connections. This role requires strong operational skills and experience in equity management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in equity operations, and understand the complexities of managing equity for a diverse workforce across multiple jurisdictions. Your experience in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the skills to navigate regulatory challenges and ensure compliance with local laws. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is key to your success in this role. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll and HR systems. What you'll do
