Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to provide legal advice on pharmacy laws and regulations. You'll work on compliance matters across all jurisdictions in the US. This role requires extensive experience in regulatory law.
You are an experienced legal professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. You have a deep understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations across various jurisdictions, including all 50 states. Your ability to provide actionable legal advice to diverse business units makes you a valuable asset to any organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy tackling complex legal challenges that arise at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. You are committed to helping organizations navigate the regulatory landscape effectively and ethically.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in telehealth and digital health solutions. You may also have a background in advising on e-commerce regulations, which would further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
