Netflix is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support the Finance and Operations group. You'll perform financial scenario analysis and build management reporting packages. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is a plus, as is familiarity with financial reporting tools. A background in entertainment or media finance could provide valuable context for your role at Netflix.
In this role, you will perform financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. You will build insightful and actionable management reporting packages, summarizing data for finance leadership in an efficient and effective manner. Your responsibilities will include managing and streamlining forecasting models and consolidation processes, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. You will provide tooling and metrics to drive headcount and organizational planning discussions, partnering with stakeholders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to own the headcount forecasting process. Additionally, you will collaborate with FP&A and Accounting partners to improve forecast accuracy and enhance the overall planning process.
