Accounting Intern, Finance Operations Accounting and Analysis

• Support the review of the financial internal control process.
• Work with the Risk Team to resolve and escalate issues noted during internal reviews. Follow up on the action plan to ensure that all issues are resolved.
• Attend projects that contribute to the team's overall efficiency.
• Analyze data from various tools and systems for internal financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned• The mayor is Accounting or Finance related area; currently a student
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); fluency in English or Spanish is required
• Advanced Excel skills are requiredThe ability to use tools such as Excel Macros, SQL, and Alteryx is preferred
