You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on content quality and user experience. You possess a strong understanding of machine learning principles and how they can be applied to enhance user engagement and safety on platforms. Your ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision is one of your key strengths, and you thrive in collaborative environments where innovation is encouraged. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and strategy. You have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that meet user needs and drive business outcomes. You are passionate about creating safe and engaging experiences for users and advertisers alike.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly within social media or content platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do
