PMO Analyst - Program Management Office - GOS

Who you are

You have a strong foundation in project management, Agile, and SAFe methodologies — you understand how to drive business transformation through data, automation, and digital solutions. You are highly motivated and eager to support the PMO function in governance, reporting, and delivery while working alongside stakeholders across operations teams and the entire organization. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with expectations and adherence to timelines.

Desirable

Experience with RPA and machine learning use cases is a plus — you are interested in identifying and scoping opportunities for automation to enhance process efficiency. You are comfortable maintaining relevant documentation and supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to build and maintain program-level dashboards that transform data into actionable insights, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support end-to-end project lifecycle management, coordinating across teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and adherence to timelines. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, helping to facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining relevant documentation. Your contributions will include building and refining essential skills in project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership within a supportive environment.

You will work closely with teams to identify and scope opportunities for automation through RPA and machine learning use cases, tracking the benefits realized through continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the tracking and delivery of team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure alignment with business priorities and success metrics. Your role will be pivotal in driving value-driven automation and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
