Overview

Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community involvement. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a rewarding career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are passionate about delivering happiness to customers and are ready to lead the charge in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be key in this role. You are flexible with your schedule, available to work various shifts, including weekends, and are committed to providing exceptional service.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to grow within a company that values its team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers during their car-buying journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience, whether it’s delivering their vehicle or assisting them with inquiries. You will actively participate in community events, helping to foster a positive image of Carvana in Springfield. You will also be responsible for managing customer feedback and ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the company's growth.
