You have a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in tools like Figma. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences. You are passionate about design and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your work meets high standards of quality and usability.

You understand the importance of data security and resilience in design, especially in the context of AI and enterprise solutions. You are adept at translating complex technical concepts into intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You are also open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and knowledge.

Desirable

Experience with design systems and creating scalable design solutions is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and cybersecurity will help you contribute effectively to Rubrik's mission. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Rubrik, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives that shape the user experience of our enterprise products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions.

Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and accessibility of our products, making them more intuitive for users. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.

In addition, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to elevate the quality of your work.
