You have a strong background in solution portfolio management, particularly within the life sciences sector, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that meet client needs. Your experience includes working with regulated workflows and understanding the complexities of GxP and regulatory submissions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and customer feedback, translating them into actionable insights that inform product strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Your leadership experience includes mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences, particularly in the context of content management solutions.
Experience with enterprise AI and its application in content management is a plus. Familiarity with the challenges faced by life sciences organizations in managing content and workflows will set you apart. A background in project management methodologies and tools will also be beneficial.

Box offers a competitive salary range of $158,500—$198,000 USD, along with equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.
