You are a motivated individual with a growth mindset, eager to join Confluent's EMEA Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior Account Executives on strategic accounts. You are comfortable with pipeline activities and are ready to find and close opportunities up to $100K. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying new consumption workloads, known as Streaming Projects. You will engage with potential clients, helping them understand the value of Confluent's data streaming platform. Your day-to-day activities will include researching and reaching out to prospects, managing leads, and assisting in the sales process to ensure a smooth experience for clients. You will collaborate with your team to strategize on how to approach key accounts and maximize opportunities for growth. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team and the overall growth of Confluent.
