What you'll do

As a Principal Data Architect, you will lead the design and development of the Copilot Data Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences — your role will involve architecting data solutions that are not only scalable but also future-proof, enabling seamless data onboarding and high-quality data delivery. You will work closely with internal partners to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable architecture plans.

You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of data pipelines and analytics frameworks that support both online and offline evaluation of AI models — your expertise will guide the team in optimizing data flows and ensuring that data is accessible and usable for various applications. You will also play a key role in establishing best practices for data management and governance, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
