What you'll do

As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions using our internal ERP system and integrated third-party software programs. You will lead the problem-solving process for troubled orders, working closely with internal subject matter experts to enhance supplier relationships and ensure quality. Your role will involve reviewing individual orders and taking appropriate actions to meet customer delivery and quality requirements. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring that Xometry remains a leader in the manufacturing industry. You will also be responsible for driving stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and project oversight.
