You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting KPIs related to client engagement and satisfaction.
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can help you track performance metrics. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and strengthen relationships.
As a Merchant Success Manager at DoorDash, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 500 restaurant partners.
