The ASIN Journey team at Amazon Brazil is looking for highly motivated, talented and data driven Program Manager to support our Brand Protection Program and support Selling Partners and internal teams navigate the steps to ensure Brand Registry governance and implement user education about the topic.
This role will serve as the primary gatekeeper for BR Retail Brand Registry process, focusing on vendor education, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Break down complex Brand Protection problems to address Retail teams pain points;
- Manage and validate Brand Representative assignments through the required governance audits;
- Ensure Brand Protection coverage over new Selling Partner accounts;
- Ensure data quality of Brand Registry information
- Support cross-functional collaboration between teams and curate educational outreach initiatives- Program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
