Better is seeking a Post Closing Manager to lead operations across multiple functions in the home finance sector. You'll manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient file movement throughout the post-closing lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.
You have a proven track record in managing operations, ideally within the finance or mortgage industry. Your experience includes overseeing multiple interdependent functions and ensuring smooth workflows. You are results-driven and execution-focused, with a knack for identifying and removing bottlenecks in processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing day-to-day operations while maintaining high visibility into aging loans. In this role, you will lead the Post Closing operations team, overseeing functions such as Pre-Purchase, Collateral, Final Docs, Shipping, Agency Data Delivery, Curtailment Mitigation, and Government Insuring. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure consistent file movement across the post-closing lifecycle. Your ability to analyze data will help you monitor aging loans and take proactive measures to address any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory standards and that risks are effectively managed.
