HubSpot is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the LATAM region to drive growth and oversee sales strategy across Latin America. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills to build a high-performing sales organization.
You have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in the LATAM region, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Your ability to inspire and develop talent is matched by your strategic mindset, allowing you to align regional goals with global sales priorities. As the Vice President of Sales for LATAM, you will lead the sales strategy and execution across all markets in the region, including Mexico, Brazil, and Spanish-speaking countries. Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement a go-to-market strategy that aligns with HubSpot's global objectives, ensuring that your team delivers outstanding customer outcomes and achieves consistent revenue growth.
You will oversee the development of a world-class sales organization, setting clear vision and measurable goals for your teams. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the LATAM markets, and you will work closely with the SVP of Sales and global leadership to scale HubSpot's presence in the region.
