Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the foodtech or retail sectors. Your ability to build relationships and identify new opportunities is second nature to you. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present services clearly and convincingly to potential partners. You are proactive and enjoy being on the field, meeting with merchants and supermarket directors to foster local connections. You are adaptable and can cover multiple areas of prospecting around your main city, ensuring a consistent presence in your territory.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Deliveroo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in France. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing business relationships with potential partners, both over the phone and in person. Your role will involve being on the field approximately three times a week to meet with merchants and supermarket directors, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening local ties. You will present the company's services in a professional and engaging manner, following the sales script provided. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Deliveroo in the competitive food delivery market.
