What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and the Engineering leadership team to drive operational excellence and strategic execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational cohesion and improve operational efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics and provide insights that inform decision-making at the executive level. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and you will play a key role in facilitating communication across departments. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that drive results. As a trusted advisor to the CTO, you will help shape the strategic direction of the engineering organization and contribute to the overall success of Dialpad.
