Your experience with performance automation tools and frameworks will enable you to contribute effectively to the Performance Automation and Monitoring team at Postman. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding efficient solutions.

You have a keen interest in AI technologies and their application in software development. Your ability to work with AI platform teams to define workflows and abstractions will be crucial in this role. You are also committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Desirable

Experience with no-code or low-code development platforms is a plus. Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies will enhance your contributions to the team. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build scalable, distributed performance testing infrastructure that meets the needs of Postman's diverse user base. You will develop Agentic AI-powered systems that enable developers to create performance and automation tests without writing code, directly impacting customer trust and adoption.

You will partner with AI platform teams to define agent workflows, abstractions, and guardrails, ensuring that the performance testing solutions are robust and user-friendly. Your work will involve integrating performance testing, automation, and monitoring into a unified quality platform, streamlining the testing process for developers.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the performance testing infrastructure aligns with Postman's overall goals and objectives. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
