You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to understand complex products and communicate their value to customers is exceptional — you thrive on building relationships and guiding deals through the decision-making process. You are results-driven and have consistently exceeded revenue targets in your previous positions. Your experience with Salesforce is strong, allowing you to track customer interactions and forecast effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
Experience in the data and AI sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the UAE market. You have a knack for identifying new use cases and opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Your creativity in developing execution strategies sets you apart, and you are passionate about driving innovation and value for your customers.
In this role, you will assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy to drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts. You will be responsible for exceeding activity and quarterly revenue targets while tracking all customer details, including use cases and purchase time frames, in Salesforce. Your ability to identify new use case opportunities will be crucial, as you will showcase the value of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform to existing customers. You will orchestrate and utilize our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients, promoting the innovative solutions that Databricks offers. Your role will involve regular travel to the UAE, operating in a fly-in/fly-out model, which will allow you to engage directly with clients and stakeholders in the region.
