BridgeBio is seeking a Technical Account Manager for their Small-Molecule Drug Substance team. You'll lead technical operations for small molecule APIs and manage key accounts. This role requires experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory processes.
You have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly with small molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Your experience includes managing relationships with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and navigating regulatory requirements. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the mission to deliver transformative medicines to patients. You understand the complexities of drug development and are passionate about contributing to the success of innovative therapies.
In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for small molecule APIs, overseeing the operations of contract manufacturing organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards and that products are delivered on time and within specifications. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D and quality assurance, to address any technical challenges that arise during the manufacturing process. Additionally, you will manage key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the production cycle. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
