Cribl is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead their expansion in the APJ region. You'll develop and execute sales strategies while managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires experience in leading high-caliber teams and selling complex deals to large enterprises.
You are an ambitious sales leader with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth in the APJ region. With extensive experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprises, you understand the nuances of the market and are passionate about putting customers first. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are skilled at building collaborative teams that deliver results. Your leadership style is characterized by intelligence, coachability, and a results-oriented mindset, enabling you to inspire and motivate your team to exceed revenue goals.
Experience in the IT and Security sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven sales strategies. You have a strong desire to build and develop a sales ecosystem that supports growth and innovation. Your ability to recruit and nurture talent will be key to your success in this role.
As the Vice President of Sales at Cribl, you will be an integral part of the senior sales leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the sales strategy for the APJ markets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Inheriting a successful team of 6-10 salespeople, you will focus on developing, recruiting, and leading this team to achieve outstanding results.
You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive business plan that predicts and exceeds revenue goals. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing effective sales tactics. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
Your role will require you to actively participate in high-level negotiations and complex deal-making, leveraging your expertise to close significant sales. You will also be expected to mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
