MongoDB is seeking an Inside Account Executive to formulate and execute a sales strategy within strategic accounts. You'll focus on closing new workloads and expanding MongoDB's footprint, leveraging your B2B sales experience and knowledge of SaaS and Cloud products.
You have a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role, or you possess strategic account-based selling experience. Your background includes selling complex SaaS and/or Cloud products and services, demonstrating a proven track record of overachievement through generating your own pipeline and consistently hitting sales targets. You are an energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial teammate with a strong desire to succeed. Your ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, both in verbal and written forms, sets you apart. You are passionate about growing your career in a dynamic environment and are eager to make an impact.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within MongoDB’s most strategic accounts. You will drive product adoption in Lines of Business you own in the account, focusing on upsells and cross-sells by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions. Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem will be essential to drive customer adoption and satisfaction. You will meet and exceed quarterly quotas on New Workloads, Net Annual Recurring Revenue, and Professional Services.
