Turing is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support People Leaders and Team Members in optimizing HR processes. This role requires experience in navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions in a remote setting.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your creativity and experience to become a trusted resource for People Leaders and Team Members. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the HR function as Turing continues to grow. You will work closely with People Leaders to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include optimizing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also be involved in talent management initiatives, helping to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. As a Senior HRBP, you will have special areas of responsibility that may include employee engagement, performance management, or diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR practices are aligned with business needs and contribute to the overall success of Turing.
