You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the payments sector, where you've successfully led product strategies and roadmaps. Your analytical mindset allows you to work backwards from data and customer insights, ensuring that the technology and features you develop meet user needs effectively. You are resourceful and innovative, always seeking solutions to complex problems while maintaining a clear vision for your product's future.

Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate priorities and strategies to a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with UX designers and tech teams to create customer experiences that resonate with users. Your ability to balance short-term execution with long-term planning is a key asset in your role.

Desirable

Experience in the Japanese market is a plus, as it will help you understand local customer behavior and preferences. Familiarity with A/B testing and metrics definition will enhance your ability to drive product success. A background in financial services or e-commerce will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, you will shape the future of our credit card offerings in Japan.
