Overview

LangChain is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support their growth by recruiting high-priority technical roles. You'll partner with engineering leadership and manage the full cycle recruiting process. This role requires experience in sourcing and closing technical talent.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical recruiting, with at least 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment. You understand the nuances of sourcing and closing top-tier technical talent in a competitive market, and you thrive on building relationships with hiring managers and engineering leaders. Your expertise includes developing effective recruiting strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, and you are skilled in negotiating offers that attract the best candidates. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Desirable

Experience in recruiting for roles in applied AI, backend engineering, and infrastructure engineering is a plus. Familiarity with the tech landscape and an understanding of the skills and qualifications required for these roles will set you apart. You are proactive in your approach and are always looking for innovative ways to improve the recruiting process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for technical roles at LangChain. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and founders to deeply understand role requirements and maintain strong alignment throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing of candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer negotiation process. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates to the organization. As a key member of the talent team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technical hiring approach and ensuring that LangChain continues to attract top talent as it grows.
