Vonage is seeking a Senior Alliance Partner Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll build and manage relationships to enhance pipeline and revenue. This role requires experience in partner management and a strong understanding of Salesforce.
You have a strong background in partner management or alliances, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. With a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships, you thrive on strategic partnerships and go-to-market execution. Your experience enables you to align sales teams effectively, ensuring that collaboration leads to increased pipeline and revenue.
You are adept at driving referral business and managing relationships with Salesforce teams and ecosystem partners. Your ability to own executive alignment and sales engagement positions you as a key player in enhancing Vonage's reputation as a top communication partner within the Salesforce ecosystem. You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at planning and leading joint field events that resonate with both partners and customers.
Experience in unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs is a plus. You are comfortable working cross-functionally within an organization to maintain momentum and drive results.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Vonage's Salesforce ecosystem strategy, expanding the company's footprint and influence. You will drive Salesforce and Salesforce System Integrator (SI) referral business, building and managing relationships that are crucial for success. Your responsibilities will include aligning Vonage's sales representatives with their Salesforce and SI counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
You will own executive alignment and sales engagement, ensuring that Vonage is positioned as Salesforce's top communication partner. Planning and leading joint field events with Salesforce and SIs will be a key part of your role, allowing you to showcase the value of the partnership to both partners and customers.
Collaboration is essential, and you will work cross-functionally within Vonage to maintain momentum and drive initiatives forward. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be critical in achieving the company's goals.
