Forethought is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the deployment and configuration of AI projects for enterprise clients. You'll work closely with customers to design intelligent solutions powered by large language models. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in AI and experience working with large language models — you understand how to leverage these technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive business impact. Your technical expertise is complemented by a customer-centric approach, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a client-facing role, where your problem-solving skills can shine as you help customers transform their support operations through AI. You are adaptable and can navigate complex project requirements while ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Experience in a consulting role or as an implementation engineer is a plus — you have a proven track record of successfully deploying technical solutions in enterprise environments. Familiarity with customer experience strategies and automation opportunities will set you apart as a candidate. You are passionate about technology and its potential to drive positive change in organizations.
As an AI Solutions Architect at Forethought, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of AI projects. You will partner closely with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for automation. Your responsibilities will include leading implementations from discovery and design to deployment and optimization, ensuring that each customer achieves meaningful outcomes from Forethought’s AI platform. You will act as both a technical consultant and solution builder, guiding clients through the implementation process and addressing any challenges that arise. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
