About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own major product initiatives end-to-end. You’ll work across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres to ship high-impact features that power AI-driven workflows and core user experiences.

You’ll get high-level product direction and be trusted to lead implementation — from system design to launch — while mentoring other engineers and helping shape the future of the platform.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, unblocks themselves and others, and brings strong judgment to the table. You know how to balance fast iteration with long-term quality, and you’re ready to help level up the team around you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead system design and architecture for core features and infrastructure

• Ship full-stack product features across our core app and AI-powered workflows

• Mentor and pair with junior and mid-level engineers; foster a culture of technical excellence

• Translate high-level product goals into scalable backend and frontend implementations

• Make smart tradeoffs in speed, scope, and UX — without excessive handholding

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design to move quickly and stay aligned

• Touch every part of the stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, ORM tools

• Own major product areas and be accountable for their reliability, performance, and extensibility

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience building production-grade products

• Strong technical breadth across the stack — React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, Postgres

• Deep experience with system design and architecture decisions in fast-moving environments

• A track record of ownership: you've led complex features or systems end-to-end

• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with teammates

• Excellent product sense: you understand what good UX looks like and how to deliver it

• High agency, low ego: you move fast, ask smart questions, and lift the team around you
